geologists, social workers, government analysts, writers, physicians,
organizers, executives, medical technicians, principals, fishermen. Some people
lump us together and call us “environmentalists.” We probably are that, even
though we are many other things as well. Our passion for clean water, fresh air,
unspoiled land find us on common ground together.
